The hotel had a modern appearance with a nice sink, but the rooms were very tiny and had a seating capacity for only 12 persons. Mold was a noticeable issue. The service was mixed with one staff member being unfriendly and disruptive while others were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for sightseeing, although cleanliness was lacking. The dining options were average, mainly consisting of packaged products. While the electrical in the bathroom needed improvement, the hotel was close to the river and the government center.
